I had and overall good experience at Ramsey Subaru. We worked with Clayton who got us they car we wanted at the price we wanted. I never felt pressured. Before finalizing the deal at Ramsey I checked out Bill Kolb Subaru in Rockland (my 2 previous Subarus were leased from them). I had never had a problem there. We spoke to a salesman, test drove a car and negotiated a price. We asked several times for the best possible price/deal. We were told we had it. Also, they did not have the car/color I wanted. They told me it would take up to 10 days to get it... my lease was up in 2 days. So, we said we would think about it and call or come back later. We went to Ramsey and they matched Bill Kolb's "best deal" and added free oil changes. Later that afternoon, Bill Kolb's sales man called my cell, my home and emailed me. I emailed him back and apologized that we could not do business, but another dealer gave me the price I wanted and had the car I wanted on site and this dealer was much closer and convenient to may home. The next night, around dinner time, Bill Kolb called again and began to harass and interrogate me about why I didn't make a deal with them. The manager got on the phone and said if I hadn't picked up the car from Ramsey then I didn't really have a deal. He also said, "what if I give you their price and a check for $1000?" So, now Bill Kolb is trying to bribe me. I said if you could have done such a better deal, you should have done it before I walked out your door, not after the fact. More

First of all, I already leased three Subaru Outbacks in a row from Ramsey Subaru. Second of all, they have always provided a great service. Third of all, folks like Josh Jacobson goes the distance in being row from Ramsey Subaru. Second of all, they have always provided a great service. Rather than Ramsey Subaru asking me to come back to the dealership, Josh was kind enough to drive to my house and have me sign the paperwork there. Now that's a great service. Of course we cannot expect that all the time but it was appropriate for the unique situation. When I recently returned my leased Outback, Josh again was not only quite helpful but professional. I strongly recommend Ramsey Subaru to anybody that is interested in driving a Subaru. Let's face it folks there is nothing like a Subaru. I always was a huge fan of Subaru and I always will be a huge fan going forward. I was driving a 2002 Subaru Outback that had started to act up on me, and I knew I wanted/needed a new or used Impreza, either sedan or 5 door. Shane was very helpful, honest and enthusiastic. He worked dilligently, and feverishly to get me my new Impreza 2.5i Premium 5 door! I also have to comment on Jerry in finance, as he worked extremely hard to get me the best financing possible, and made me feel very comfortable with my decision. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at Ramsey Subaru, and would definitely recommend it to my friends and family!! More

Ramsey Subaru had the car, color, and options my wife wanted. I called Ramsey Subaru and talked to Brian Wallin. We worked out the price on the phone and a time to come down to purchase the car. We arrived at Ramsey Subaru 1 hour ealier than they had expected and were promptly greeted by the recptionist and Brian. Brian began working with us as soon as we arrived. The price, options, color, and car were as discussed on the phone. We then promptly proceded to financing with Jerry. We received the financing rate we expected and were able to complete the sale in less than 1 1/2 hours from the time of arrival at Ramsey Subaru. This was very important to us since we had our infant with us. Brian Wallin and Ramsey Subaru gave us the price I wanted, the color and options my wife wanted and the financing rate we both expected. The transaction was completed promptly and the customer service was excellent, eventhough we arrived earlier than Brian had anticipated. Speaking with the manager at this location made it easy and simple to want to continue to do business with Subaru cars.
