Catalytic converter replaced due to recall. I had reported that there was an engine noise & was told that replacing the catalytic converter would fix it. I needed to bring it back a 2nd time for ball reported that there was an engine noise & was told that replacing the catalytic converter would fix it. I needed to bring it back a 2nd time for ball bearings to be replaced because the noise continued. This should have been checked the 1st time I was there. $1K for ball bearings on a car with under 60,000 miles.....not what I expect. Car was not washed w/oil change. Just not the service we expected. More

We had a great experience with Donny. He was helpful, proactive and worked with our schedule. We knew what car we wanted and he did not try to upsell, change our mind or talk us into anything extra.
