Pretty good experience, the service was completed and wait time was good. The only thing I didn't like was when I pulled in, there was so sign saying where to pull up to, or what to do, and about 5 emplo wait time was good. I had no idea what I was supposed to do- do I wait in the car ? Do I leave my keys and get out ? When I had a Nissan previously, someone always greeted me as soon as I pulled in and checked me in and told me where to go. Once I was inside , Isaiah was super nice and helpful. But when I met Adam, he was so kind, patient, knowledgeable and down to earth. I had met with him a few times during my process to try a few different Subaru models. He was always available for my questions, and made the car buying process feel pretty good. It's worth noting that I live in Jersey City and had negative experiences at the Subaru location by me, which made it totally worth the 40 minute drive to Ramsey so that I could work with Adam- someone who is trustworthy and helpful!
