This is my families fourth Subaru, so obviously we love the car, but this dealership and the sales staff are why we go to Ramsey Subaru. Just a simple oil change and tire rotation took 2.5 hours, which seems excessive, but the service was good. The lobby was distanced and safe. Everyone wore masks. Excellent experience. I went to their Express Service line and my yellow car light was taken care of within a 15 minutes of arriving.
