I had a great experience. Our salesperson, Russell Zukowski, was professional and courteous. I had taken a test drive at another dealer and researched pricing and options, so knew the range of what I Zukowski, was professional and courteous. Was met by Joe Bertolacci as I drove in. Explained that I wanted Express Oil Change but was somewhat pressed for time. Asked if he could get it done in about one hour.
