Went in and had James as my service rep. He was polite and cordial. I got a very nice new forester as my loaner which I enjoyed. However at around 3:30 I became concerned when I did not receive a phone ca and cordial. I got a very nice new forester as my loaner which I enjoyed. However at around 3:30 I became concerned when I did not receive a phone call regarding my cars status. I called twice and got a secretary that said James wasn’t aroun. I then had to call again at 4 and said I was just coming in cause I had to return the loaner by 4:30. The muffler and window of my vehicle were fixed great however the oil change and tire rotation I asked for when I made the appointment were not done. James did offer a free rotation and discounted oil change however I work during the week and it’s extremely inconvenient to have to come in for a second time when I left the car there all day to have everything taken care of. It left a bad taste in my mouth and may consider returning to Bill Kolb for services going forward since they opened their new service center. More

Brought in 2017 Forester to repair AC that was blowing warm on drivers side. Left vehicle overnight since a new condenser had to be ordered ( ongoing problem with Subaru AC) got a call at 9 am next morni warm on drivers side. Left vehicle overnight since a new condenser had to be ordered ( ongoing problem with Subaru AC) got a call at 9 am next morning vehicle was ready. Car was washed and vacuumed and job neatly done under the hood. Very satisfied. Disappointed that AC broke after only 3 years... Let’s hope the AC keeps working! More
