Finally, John took his time in explaining everything I need to know about my new Volvo. He was enthusiastic about the car and how I could maximize my enjoyment of it. I recevied a call yesterday from the receptionist to tell me that my registration transfer was ready for pick up. She was extremely pleasant and happy to help with another issue: I was having trouble with the car radio. She immediately transferred me to service and the technician knew exactly what the problem was and how I could solve the problem. He gave me concise instructions and the radio is now fine without the need for a shop visit. I'm delighted with the c70 and it is the first time I have purchased a Volvo. If the car and service continue to be this good, a new one will definitely be on my short list in three years. More
