Based on my recent experience, I have to rate the service department as very responsive. A routine 19,000 mile service performed on Wednesday afternoon (2/17) resulted in oil leaking all over my driveway. I department as very responsive. I contacted the service department immediately upon my discovering the leak on Saturday (2/20) after 1 pm.
