dealership that doesnt honor their promises to their customers. promised to mail me my license plates in March, we are now into September and they are trying to charge me for shipping. Apparently Due to Covid they have received many requests for plates to be mailed. Well had they processed these plates quickly this would have been a non-issue. My husband got a Tesla in March and received his plates in 2 weeks! what is the problem here with Volvo? More

Just had my car in for routine service all went well. I had to wait a few hours but it was very clean and comfortable. They had a TV and WiFi so wasn’t a big deal. Can Mavis change my oil just as well as the Volvo dealer???? Probably just not sure why it costs twice as much. More
