The only advice I would give this dealership is to have water available to offer to you potential buyers. I understand the Covid thing and the need to have the water fountain unavailable. I ask if bottle water was available and was told no, I could use the vending machine if I wanted something to drink. Hospitality is a must in your line of business. The overhead cost for offering a buyer a beverage is not going to affect your bottom line. More

The service department tries to sell you repairs that you don’t necessarily need, especially if they see a woman servicing her car. I purchased A car that was supposed to be Certified Pre-Owned by the dealer don’t necessarily need, especially if they see a woman servicing her car. They replaced the tire after I questioned the CPO and the safety of the car. I made my comments known to the manager of Ramsey Volvo and his response was tepid at best. He said the next time I bring my car in it will be better. Really??!! Why would I subject myself to that again? More

Too expensive labor. Maybe a more realistic pricing scale should be utilized than book value. Real time might be a better scale.
