Caring Effective and Kind Steve and Marcus in the service department helped us during a time of high stress. We were trying to get to a wedding and our 2003 Wagon had conked ou Steve and Marcus in the service department helped us during a time of high stress. We were trying to get to a wedding and our 2003 Wagon had conked out. They got us a great loaner, and we made our friend’s wedding. The sad part was that Steve had to break the news the following day to tell us that a new motor was required, We knew that the a/c was acting up and thought maybe that might have overheated and stalled the engine, So much for self-diagnosis, but the best memories are of excellent service above and beyond the call of duty..
