Sometimes things don't go as planned. My experience with this service center has always been very good. I was left with a loaner car when I was supposed to be leaving for a trip. What I thought would be a one-day repair lasted six days. Communication is key. Keep customers aware of the status of their repair. More

In/Out Done I brought my Volvo in for a recall fix. The service manager saw that I was due for a 20000 mile service in 800 miles. I also said that there was a shimmy while breaking. All of this was repaired AND the car was washed in less than 1.5 hours. There was wifi, so I could work while at the dealer. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease and speed of the service. I'll be back! More
