Bad customer service. Kept my car for way too long to tell me they scanned it and couldn’t find anything. Just lazy mechanics now a days. Told them exactly what was wrong, that I hit something and it turned my radar. Doesn’t take a computer to tell them that. Got my tires rotated as well, wheel feels stiff, it pulls and now whenever I go up an incline driveway or over speed bumps there is a rattling or clunking noise from the rear, maybe the axle. Go get ripped off somewhere else, you won’t be disappointed avoiding this place. More
Was at Planet Ford in Humble on 4/12/22 for a Six Pack oil change. Denisha Dickey met me at the door and welcomed me like a professional... that's what I expect since I am retired from the customer servic oil change. The key pad on the door of my 2020 f150 fell out. I have had bad experiences with Randal Reed before. I was told that they need the truck for two days, for a key pad. These folks do not understand customer service, the guy went right to accusing me of being elitist. “I can’t put you ahead of other people” as though I was asking for that. I was asking if I could actually schedule service vs. leave the truck for two days. I mean 2 hours, half a day, but they needed it for two days. I walked out angry at RR as usual. I love my Ford, these folks are shady, seek other dealerships. More

He just grabbed the invoice and it to me. So instructions on what to do nor what to expense once the part arrived. He just gave me a blank stare until I walked away. When I went to pick the ordered part, same associate was upset because I dint bring the invoice. I had to walk him through different options to locate my order because his initiative to located my part was nonexistent. The associated next seems very bothered to be helping out the other customer. The 1st. time was February/March of 2019, I brought my car 0 rating This Is the 2nd. time I used Planet Ford 59 service in the last year and half. The 1st. time was February/March of 2019, I brought my car in to have the brakes done. Within a few days, I had my Grandchildren, and husband with me, and I couldn’t stop the car, my brakes went out on me! Thank God I was on a street in a residential area, and not on the freeway!!! We got out and looked, and found a part on the road by my back tire, Planet Ford service forgot a bolt that should have been there, it was the piston that was on the road. This happened on a Sunday, so I had to pay to have my car towed to my house and wait till Monday to call Planet Ford. Once I contacted the dealership, they did contact me back, and did take care of everything, from having my car towed in and repaired, AGAIN. But they wouldn’t have had to do it, if the service tech would have done their job right the first time!!! Let alone we could have been injured or killed, because of their mistake. Now this is the 2nd. time having my car at the same dealership, to have my A/C worked on. After they checked over my car, they informed me I needed a A/C blower, struts, and tires. We agreed on what work to be done, and I was waiting on the call to pick up my car. Well I received that call, with a “I have good news and bad news”. The work was done on my car, but now my car is in the body shop! What, WHAT?!? Yep one of the service techs were moving another vehicle and backed into my car… Needless to say, this is the last time I bring my car to these idiots at Planet Ford 59 service. I would not recommend anyone to have service done at this Planet Ford, take your money elsewhere! I was told on Tuesday August 18th, my car was done (a week and a day later). Drive to the dealership, after paying $1,285. I was a block away from the dealership and my A/C started blowing HOT!!! I took it back and asked for a refund, and was told the Lady who issues credit was gone for the day. I have to wait till morning to get my refund. Also I still have a broken lens, from when one of the Techs hit my car. The young lady who came out to help me when I returned, was the first person in a week that offered me a loaner vehicle. People please if you don't need to bring your vehicle there for repairs, don't! More
