I was taken advantage off when I was for one reason or another in need of a car and the Salesmsn saw me as the best candidate for this vehicle, which was certified by Fird and have had an accident... all in a report that I got from a site where it shows you the history of the vehicle. I am not sure what the requirements from Ford are to certified vehicles but this is a degrading fact. More
The service was good. I brought my car in for a recall. I was hoping for a same day turnaround but it was a 3 day turnaround. I understand many vehicles were coming in for I brought my car in for a recall. I was hoping for a same day turnaround but it was a 3 day turnaround. I understand many vehicles were coming in for similar parts so I can understand the delay. Also, I wasn't told until I dropped off my car that I may be charged a diagnostics fee of $180. This was not on my radar with either of the two phone calls I made prior to dropping off my car so I was caught off-guard which was not pleasant. The recall notice said "no charge". All worked out and recall was fixed at no charge. More

Although I didn't have an issue with the service, the pricing was way too high. I had a new key made and they charged me $409 which included a $49.95 shop supplies/environmental fee.
