The service I received was OUTSTANDING! I purchased my used Honda at Randy Kuehl Honda (Tim Carson) a few years ago so I called the dealership for help. David provided me a number for tow service to have my Honda transported to the dealership. The tow service arrived within 15 minutes, took me to get a rental car, and waited for me at the dealership after I picked up my rental car. David called with the result of the diagnostic test, explained my options as well as sharing the cost for each option. He was very professional and answered all my questions. To my surprise, my car was repaired sooner than I anticipated so my rental car expense was minimal. More

By no means did Tim ever pressure me into buying even though I needed a car. His relaxed manner and knowledge I was impressed enough to buy the car. When all the papers were signed Tim took time to show everything that was on the car a second time as before when we took a test drive. When I left I felt very confident in driving the car. More
