Hi Paul, A simple phone call to let me know what the issue was, that it's covered by Honda, and can we get started after the approval, yes, of course. It put me a predicament because had this issue affected the "warranty" (companies policy) in any way they would not take the vehicle back from me. It's too much to explain here but the point is no communication of anything starting or being approved to do so. Please see David in service to get more information. Thank you for your response.
