I have bought and sold numerous vehicles in my 61 years on this planet. I have never been more impressed with the customer experience my wife and had with the Randy Kuehl dealership and more specifically on this planet. I have never been more impressed with the customer experience my wife and had with the Randy Kuehl dealership and more specifically with Chanin Dirks. Chanin kept us advised weekly on the updates to the expected timeline on our new Pilot during the 2 month build /delivery process. When we arrived this afternoon to pick up our Pilot, Chanin took all the time we needed to understand the relevant technology we would be operating for the next few years. Additionally, he put us at ease by asking us to be sure and start taking notes on what we had questions about with the vehicle's capabilities and features so he could schedule time in the next few days / weeks to meet with us and review any of our questions or concerns. This is my wife's primary vehicle and having Chanin offer this follow up opportunity was a great relief to the both of us. I am really happy that (based on his guidance), I was able to get the automatic garage door opener programed to work with our door opener and the Pilot is now safely in the garage. Happy wife ....
