Terrible experience. This dealership was unwilling to provide a good customer experience, despite being given plenty of understanding and patience with supply chain issues. They stated "if you don't but provide a good customer experience, despite being given plenty of understanding and patience with supply chain issues. They stated "if you don't but the car, I'll just sell it to someone else tomorrow." They frequently and repeatedly mentioned how frustrated THEY were, lacking empathy for the customer experience and when asked to consider waiving a delivery fee stated "why would I do that? I'd just lose money." Coming from a family who exclusively buys Honda's, will never buy from Randy Kuehl again and will communicate my experience to others as appropriate. More
