The finance team always makes wrapping things up easy and are always transparent with all the information. The Honda dealership has moved to a new airy spacious building making it easy to traverse between service department and sales floor. We did not feel the dreaded vampire pressure associated with other dealerships. The finalization of the sale was smooth and painless. Chanin had the tank filled and interior spotless before we took custody of our new 'baby'. He took the extra time to help customize the features of our new car to our needs before we drove it home. We keep our cars for a very long time, so is it selfish of us to want him as our salesman in 10 to 15 years? More

The paper work process was quick, and I was given information on how to recover money I spent on the previous vehicle for Gap insurance and an extended warranty. Took several days for original certification. When I called I was cold transferred directly to voicemail a few times in a row.
