Usually have good work at Randy Kuehl but had the under tray and shield replaced and at least 2 of the push pins were out loose. I cant get under to inspect the other mounting hardware. I usually perform my own work but I had the service performed because the civic is lowered and I can't get under to inspect or change the shields. I would like to just spend a couple minutes inspecting the other hardware I cant see while the car is on the lift. More

I just had my first experience with Randy Kuehl Honda. I had several repair codes come up on my 2017 Honda Ridgeline. I feared I would be told of multiple needed repairs. Not so, my vehicles problems were solved quickly, there were no added repairs made or suggested "needed" repairs and I got my truck back in less than a day. I felt the repair cost was very reasonable. My service representative was John who not only had a sense of humor but did exactly what he said he would do and called in plenty of time for me to pick up my vehicle by then end of the day. Tim Carson was so easy to deal with and made our experience so enjoyable. Everyone was so accommodating to us. Their facility is really amazing.
