I just purchased my first Honda! Tim had a car I was suppose to test drive and he found out it had already sold. He then called me and found another one with similar milage but one year newer. They did suppose to test drive and he found out it had already sold. He then called me and found another one with similar milage but one year newer. They did better then matching the cost of the previous car! My car batteries were low within the week of purchase and Tim replaced them for me! Amazing, quick and absolutely happy. I was in town because father was in Iowa City at hospital. Wes worked with me through texts had car ready for test drive. I left for visit at hospital. Great service as always! I had a musty smell coming from my AC so I took it in and they found a mouse had chewed up my cabin air filter and was storing food in it. Dave called me a couple hours after I dro my AC so I took it in and they found a mouse had chewed up my cabin air filter and was storing food in it. Dave called me a couple hours after I dropped it off and went through everything with me. They got it all fixed and even were accomodating when it mentioned it was very sensitive to scents since the stuff they run through to clean it has a scent. He even showed me a picture of the issue when it picked up my truck. Having an issue with your vehicle is a pain but it helps that they are friendly, easy to talk to and efficient! More

Took my 2020 Honda Pilot in for service to fix a rattle in the dashboard. I had taken it in for the same issue in Oct of 2020 and it wasn't resolved after several days, but the service dept never gave up. in the dashboard. Took it in and they found and fixed it in one day. No charge for either visit. Stood behind their product and never brushed me off or gave up. Super happy this was resolved and super impressed with the service dept of Randy Kuehl. This is why I've been going there for over 13 years.
