Easy car buying experience. No pressure and Tim was very attentive to our wants in a vehicle. Once we settled on one to drive Tim was very thorough in explaining every option on the vehicle. The sales team Chanin and Tim were courteous and professional. They went over the aspects of the car and allowed us thoroughly test drive our choice. They listened to our needs and helped facilitate negotiations in person and over the phone. Financed was a breeze and well done. More

Was very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy Tim showed me. Although I did not set an appointment or shop ahead, he was quick too find options in my price range and something suitable for my lif Tim showed me. When I went to pick up my vehicle the next day, I was upset to see stains and marks on the seats, but I was appreciative of Tim to be upfront and honest with me and worked to get those stains out as best as they could. As usual the service department was a great place to go. In the past at other deanships I have dreaded taking my car there. That is not the case with John Geiger and David McCuskey (I haven't worked with Blake Jones. I'm sure he's great too). They always make us feel valued when we come in, and they work to make sure the service is excellent. Since Hondas don't need repairs very often, I haven't had to work with them on a problem with the car, but if and when that comes, I'm confident they will do their best to resolve the problem. They are the best! More
