Every time I've visited this dealership they have been kind, curteous, timely and respectful. As a woman coming in alone it's easy to get worried about receiving a different treatment than men, but it was kind, curteous, timely and respectful. Great experience in the service department at Randy Kuehl Honda. Just purchased my car from them 2 weeks ago & decided to put add mud flaps on my CRV.... They got me in a couple of days later. It was a smooth process and friendly staff to take care of me. The waiting room has comfortable chairs, coffee and other drinks, and they even a separate kids room! I've never seen that before! Jon Dugan answered my phone call on Friday Night, Labor Day Weekend, about 10 mins after they closed. I am so glad he answered. I told him We'd seen a car they had online and he told me it was still available and to come in Saturday morning so we could look at it. Jon had the car all washed up and ready for a test drive. We have had several Hondas serviced here, but had never purchased one here before. This would be my wife's car and anniversary present, so I was hoping it would be really good. It test drove great, so we went inside the store (which is awesome too) and talked a while and got to know each other a bit better. Turns out we had a lot in common. We are both big guys, both family men, both love comedy and movies and are both 2nd generation Asian men (Even though you really can't tell it). We decided that "Japanese man speak from diaphragm" (see Jo Koy) and we decided to buy the car. Jon introduced us to Justin, who was also great, and Jeff who really made our paperwork go very smoothly. Overall, we had an excellent experience, and would recommend them to anyone. They were quick and efficient with my oil change and washed my truck! They found a major issue with my tires and were able to replace my tires the same day.
