Hi Autumn, I understand your frustration in this matter. The display we installed still had the factory protective covering on the display when the vehicle was returned to you and unfortunately must have been compromised under that covering. Randy Kuehl Honda will get another display installed in your Odyssey, again with the protective covering from the factory intact. We look forward to resolving this issue to your complete satisfaction and will see you soon so we can get your display replaced. Thank you, Paul, Parts and Service Director
