An unfortunate situation none the less. Nothing to argue here as the series of events that took place is accurate. The only part that was missing is that fact that we did not receive the payment e-mail from the extended warranty company in our e-mail in box until 5:18 pm. Sorry for the inconvenience, unfortunately payment must be received before the vehicle can be released. We appreciate your business and hope this one glitch in this situation will not deter you from using us in the future. Thank you for communicating with us!
