Car was held overnight because payment department didn’t communicate with service department. Work was completed at 4pm and payment was made by warranty company at 4:17. to B.Cruse. At 4:55pm I was told no communicate with service department. Work was completed at 4pm and payment was made by warranty company at 4:17. to B.Cruse. At 4:55pm I was told no payment was made and to release the car I would have to pay the $1300 bill. I called the warranty company the next day at 9 am and they said they had made the payment the previous day. The payment department needs to communicate better with the service department. More

In for a tire repair and oil change. I picked up a nail soon after the 2020 Iowa Derecho storm. Lots of other cars also had damages, so I didn't expect Blake Jones to get me taken care of so quickly. It was easy to have additional work scheduled through David McCuskey and Breck Calame gave me helpful information I needed. Masks were being worn, hand sanitizer and wipes on the desks so I felt safe from Covid19. I recommend Randy Kuehl Honda for their efficient, quick and professional care. More

Went into RK Honda to have an warning error with my brake system looked at. Their service department handled the issue skillfully and fast. So, why one star? A single employee in their ENTIRE organization system looked at. Their service department handled the issue skillfully and fast. So, why one star? A single employee in their ENTIRE organization - sales, support, service, techs - was wearing a mask. There was no option to sit outside other than being told I could sit "under a tree". I was there for three hours. I'm over 50 years of age with health complications and recently had major surgery - RK Honda literally put my life at risk, for no reason other than a refusal to drape a piece of cloth across their face during working exposure to customers. For an organization that claims service to their customers is paramount, this is pretty disgraceful. More

Not all service employees wore masks and there was no social distancing by representative who handed the car keys to me or while going over service summary of charges. I had to keep moving away from him. During COVID, I will be looking for another Honda service department who does practice CDC recommended public guidelines for preventing spread of COVID. More
