I was in the market for a new vehicle but I wasn’t even sure what make or model I was looking for. We had previously bought from Randy Kuehl and that vehicle is still running strong so I decided to try the sure what make or model I was looking for. We had previously bought from Randy Kuehl and that vehicle is still running strong so I decided to try them out again. Upon entering I was greeted by Tim Carson and he immediately checked to see if the person that helped us before was still there. They weren’t so he was happy to help. I thought that was really honest of him! I told him I just wanted to tell him the specs I was looking for and for him to match me with what in his professional opinion was a good match. I needed leather (we have kids) and I wanted something safe, low miles, around $10k, and reliable. He matched me with a 2012 Volvo S60 T6. It sounded fancy but honestly I knew nothing about Volvo. He educated me as to what kind of car it is and all of it’s amazing specs. I texted my husband (at home with said kids) and he was very enthused I was looking at a Volvo. Apparently they have a great reputation I was unaware of! I looked at it and fell in love!!! This car is immaculate inside and out. They even worked with me on the price! This car is absolutely amazing and I am very happy with it and how my experience went with Tim Carson. He was not pushy, very educated, and honest. I should add everyone from manager, sales professional, and finance department were professional and wore masks. I will definitely be back next time we need a vehicle! Thanks to the Kuehl team 😊 More
