Didn’t seem interested, left car with dirty windows and grease on one of the seats after doing interior recall work. Going back to purchasing dealer for future service. Informed I recently had our new Pilot in for service work on 2 issues we had with our new Pilot. I took the Pilot in on a Monday and got it back on Friday. Al I recently had our new Pilot in for service work on 2 issues we had with our new Pilot. I took the Pilot in on a Monday and got it back on Friday. Along the way, John was clear and explained that Honda was having difficulty fixing our 2 issues and that they would need more time with the car. He offered me a loaner vehicle if needed and he called everyday to update me on the status. In the end, Honda was only able to fix one of the issues and the second issue is still unresolved. The issue is not with John or the dealer, but with Honda because they do not have a solution yet for fixing the remaining issue with the Pilot. More
