We recently just purchased a 2005 pilot we understood there were going to be repairs that were needed and requested that we would be informed of any small issues that may cause a problem for our 16 year there were going to be repairs that were needed and requested that we would be informed of any small issues that may cause a problem for our 16 year old son who was receiving the car. We were ensured that it had went through a inspection process And there was no reported issues. $1400 and one week later. Now we find the windshield wipers don't work on top of therepairs. I contacted the dealership and spoke to the sales manager. I Just wanted to let them know that this was really unacceptable when we asked and were assured no issueswere reported. Our 16 year old son wouldn't have been prepared to drive safely and we just want to express this. The sales manager told me to "take a time out" because I wouldn't let him talk. We will NEVER do business with them again. I have never been treated like this. Very disrespectful. Poor customer service. More
