What I was most disappointed with is the lack of CDC guidelines: clients were not 6 feet apart, I had to request the counter to be wiped down after another person was using without a mask and was informed my car was not cleaned after service! This is unacceptable and I am concerned for myself and your staff/ family. No one wore masks or gloves. Your company has a great reputation, I would have imagined this part of your business so clients and your staff are safe. Very disappointed. More

Service Dept I called the day befoer about the issue. I talked to 2 different people.
