While my car was fixed, at no charge as it was only 7 months old, we raised concerns about the engine in our CRV and what we found on-line. The comeback was that if you believe what is on-line, Elvis is still alive. We then went into the show room and shared this interaction with the sales person there. We have since traded in our 8 month old CRV for another brand of vehicle. You don't treat long time customers this way. More
