John Geiger is the most honest, knowledgeable and respectful mechanic i have ever met. I love how friendly everyone treats you and the quality of work that they provide. Honda also provides quick turn over time so that you dont have to wait around all day for the vehicle to be completed. I will only take my Honda in to this facility because i trust them and the work they do. Thanks John and all the maintenance staff for who you are and what you stand for. More

I called in a spoke to Wes Skow who had my car ready to go. When working the deal the sales manager tried to put me into a different car even though I was pre-approved with my bank. DONE with this dealership! I called to let them know I had a nail in my tire and would likely need a replacement based on where it was located. I was told they needed to call Ho I called to let them know I had a nail in my tire and would likely need a replacement based on where it was located. I was told they needed to call Honda corporate to verify that they would cover it (under my lease). They called me back the same day and got me in later that week. When I brought my car in they questioned me 3 times as to whether there was actually a nail and if I gave them the right tire location. After I showed them the photo they finally "found" it. I'm still not convinced they saw it themselves -which to me indicated that it fell out or broke off. They had to then file a claim for the tire to be paid for (again under the lease agreement). I wasn't told that that would be a part of the process but was patient and understanding. After sitting in the waiting area for an hour and half I was told I had two options - I could get a ride from them to somewhere or I could leave with my car because they weren't getting a response on the claim. I asked if they could put my spare tire on for me so and was told no because it would be too much work. It took over 24 hours to hear back about the claim being processed. Then when called to schedule the appointment I was told there was no loaner car for me to take so that quickly limited when I could get this repaired. Long story short - I wasted a lot of time at this service center and got an apology for the delay or any of the other issues. I have a new tire thankfully but the lack of initiative to try and push the claim through or the warning that a claim would need to be filed just is poor customer service. When a rep called to follow up on the service and I told him this story he brushed it off and didn't seem to care a bit. I'm not thrilled with how I was treated during this at all. More

Our service advisor noticed that there was a recall on our vehicle and knowing that we were from 2 hours away, went ahead and took care of it, even though it meant staying past closing time. More
