Quick, Easy and Stress Free After getting stressed out about numerous things including my previous car dying and knowing that I’d need a new vehicle. I was not looking forward dealing with a salesperson trying to talk me into stuff that I didn’t want or need. I went to Randy Kuehl Honda because I had my previous car in for service there. The guys in the service department were always very nice and professional. I met Tim once before while waiting for my car to get serviced. He was also very nice. He knew I wasn’t shopping for a new car then and didn’t try to sell me anything. He however answered a few of my questions and gave me his card. He said I could call him if I ever had any questions about anything. When the time came to shop for a new vehicle, I made sure that I contacted him. The bad news is that they didn’t have the model that I wanted on the lot. The good news is that they arranged for one to get transferred from another dealer to them. The great news is that it arrived just a few days later. When I went in, the whole process took less than two hours. Tim gave me lots of information and never tried to talk me into anything that I didn’t want. I also dealt with Jason who was just as polite. He explained everything and it all made sense. These two gentlemen make an excellent team. I look forward to going back for anything I may need for my new car. More

Reached out to Breck who is just awesome, he worked with the manager and got us in a new vehicle that same day with a great deal that was just amazing. Went from a 2018 Honda Civic to a 2020 CRV. The "finance guy" - Jason - was just as awesome to work with as well. Funny and fast, we were in and out in no time at all. Better than all our other experience in the past dealing with other auto finance people. This is our 2nd vehicle from Randy Kuehl and will not be our last!
