Good service, but scheduling online is not an option I am frustrated by the fact that they advertise online scheduling but it doesn't ever work. I've tried several times. I end up calling after several days to check and they have made no appointment for me. If you can't handle online scheduling, don't offer it. So annoying! He was extremely knowledgeable with all of the Honda vehicles and it didn't matter what age the car was, Ron knew quite a bit about it. They were very patient with us while we were waiting for a settlement to use as a down payment for a lease of a 2019 Honda CR-V. I got pre approved so that made the signing process much faster. And unlike the competition around them in the immediate area, they do not try to pressure you into buying more useless warranties and they are very courteous and understanding of exactly what we wanted. They gave us a great deal on the lease and took off a couple thousand dollars off of the price and we were satisfied with the offer. I would also recommend Brack Calame, Tim Carson, and Chris Kaegbein as your salesmen as all of them were just as knowledgeable with the vehicles as anyone. So i can't say enough that i highly recommend shopping at Randy Kuehl Honda for your next auto purchase or lease. More
