Once the Honda model was chosen, he went through all the optional/standard features, electronics and arranged the test drive. He even linked my wife's phone to the car and loaded in all her contacts. I questioned him pretty thoroughly throughout this entire process and his explanations were easy to comprehend and he had a very good knowledge of the vehicle we chose. It was important to the manager, Dan, that we would have a good experience during our time there and the finance gentlemen, Mike, made the closing paperwork easy to understand and quick.
