2016 CRV I purchased a 2016 CRV on 8/17/19. I 1st looked at & drove it on 8/14. The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable. On 8/16, I brought my uncle to loo I purchased a 2016 CRV on 8/17/19. I 1st looked at & drove it on 8/14. The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable. On 8/16, I brought my uncle to look at it. He tried to negotiate a lower price for me. Isn’t that expected when buying a car? The salesman’s attitude changed immediately & became defensive. His mgr came out & was kind of a jerk saying “well we’re priced competitively.” I’m a single mom just trying to save some money. They took off a whopping $400, as well as an empty tank of gas. A few days later I noticed one of the key pfabs had a low battery so I took it in & asked for it to be replaced. Same salesman said “sure, they’re $8.27.” I had just paid CASH 4 days earlier for this vehicle & he wants $8? Nope! He had to talk to “Mr. Randy Kuehl himself” to allow them to cover that. It’s the principle of this that irritates me. I did buy the extended warranty. The service dept was great, changed the battery in a few seconds & had me on my way. I love my vehicle but I will not buy from this dealership again. And the day I picked up my vehicle, the salesman I bought from had me complete this same survey while he sat next to me in the car. No pressure there. And yes, my comments now are quite different! Mike Marshak was outstanding (he was the guy that did the actual paperwork with me). He was patient, friendly & honest. More
