Recall, oil change and other issues This comment has nothing to do with the service, it is the manufacturer. It is disappointing to purchase an upper scale car, not even having it for two years with less than 24000 miles. It has had a recall, the shifter knob has fallen off, the display panel (audio, navigation and back up panel) constantly freezes and won’t function at all (with at this point not fixable) and needs new tires. If this is the quality of vehicles Honda is going for I will not be purchasing any other. I do love my CRV but it shouldn’t be this dysfunctional. More

Upon visiting both dealerships, I felt right at home and welcome at Randy Kuehl Honda. Jeff Moss was great to work with. I had many features on my must have list for my new vehicle. He helped me determine which model of the Pilot was right for me based on my requirements. The fun didn't stop there as I wanted a specific color, which of course they didn't have on their lot. They helped locate the vehicle I wanted and got me in my new vehicle in under a weeks time. I'd definitely recommend Randy Kuehl based on my experience. More

Not a Good Experience I had my car in for maintenance and spent almost $800. I had a coupon for 12% off that was sent to me in the mail. The service guys gave me a hard tim I had my car in for maintenance and spent almost $800. I had a coupon for 12% off that was sent to me in the mail. The service guys gave me a hard time about the coupon and they told me I should have showed it to them when I brought my car in. I dropped my car off before the service department opened that morning and called to tell them I had dropped my keys off in their box and mentioned that I had a coupon. I didn’t think it would be an issue. They did eventually take the coupon and I had to deal with an angry check out person. Not a great experience by any means. I will probably never be back even though I purchased my car from them. Very poor all around. More
