By email and phone all of negotiations were done before we set foot in the dealership.This was my best car experience ever at a dealership. Recall, oil change and other issues This comment has nothing to do with the service, it is the manufacturer. It is disappointing to purchase an upper scale car, not even having it for two years with less than 24000 miles. It has had a recall, the shifter knob has fallen off, the display panel (audio, navigation and back up panel) constantly freezes and won’t function at all (with at this point not fixable) and needs new tires. If this is the quality of vehicles Honda is going for I will not be purchasing any other. I do love my CRV but it shouldn’t be this dysfunctional. More

And wants his customers to use the features and know how they work.. he gave me a quote the first time in which you don’t get from other dealers until you decide if your going to make a deal. Plus when he made a deal he didn’t have to run it by two more managers. He had full control.. Chanin made it fun to buy a car. The best salesman I ever dealt with.; More
