First Time Buyer Experience I am a first time buyer with little knowledge of cars. However, I knew I wanted a Honda, and this dealership was highly rated on various websites and I am a first time buyer with little knowledge of cars. However, I knew I wanted a Honda, and this dealership was highly rated on various websites and recommended by colleges. I was looking for a used CRV and Jeff helped me look through and test drive their wide variety. When I was indecisive on which one fit me, he suggested leasing. I had a lot of questions about both options and he broke it down and explained it in a way that was easy for me to understand. When it came down to deciding if I should buy or lease, he laid out both payment plans for me. This made my decision much easier because I knew my needs were in his best interest, as he did not try to persuade me one way or the other. I am so grateful for his help and determination to get me the car I wanted at a price I could afford. The whole team was so patient and friendly with all of the questions I had for them. I left feeling confident I made the right choice and couldn't have asked for a better experience. More

Pretty average service The soonest I have been able to book routine oil changes is a week. My experience at McGrath with my Chevrolet was much quicker. In fact, oil changes were available on a drive-up basis. The service reps are OK but I sometimes have to wait for someone, especially when paying. The waiting area is pretty average with a rest room that is average for cleanliness. The cost for a routine oil change is more than I pay at McGrath and McGrath includes tire rotations and a free car wash every time. My last oil change left my vehicle dripping oil in my garage until I brought it back in to have it checked and wiped clean. All in all, an average experience that I would equate with a local service garage instead of a large dealership. More

When returned to pick up and pay for the car the oil change was free of charge with the recall. Friendly people and highly recommend the dealership as the place to go. More
