Good Morning, Our processes were not followed and we did not produce the intended results to provide exceptional customer service. This experience I would agree is not acceptable. I will review with my staff so we can strive to not let this happen again with you or any customer. I apologize for your experience and I hope this does not deter you from using us in the future as this is NOT the way we are trained to conduct business with the people who "sign our paychecks". We need to do better and we will through our continued effort to train and follow our internal processes.
