A dealership that isn't sketchy?? We bought a car from this place. Chris was super nice and friendly, going above and beyond in answering what questions we had and making sure we found We bought a car from this place. I've always been pretty pessimistic about buying cars because there are tons of horror stories out there about dealerships screwing people over, hard negotiation, tons of problems with the car after the fact, etc. So this one is the first one I've ever experienced to have ever made something right. A bolt on the brake caliper was loose or missing from when they said they checked brakes. This resulted in some pretty ugly and dangerous sounds coming from the brake assembly while driving the morning after we had bought it. We got it into a mechanic asap and the mechanic confirmed that a bolt was missing, and that the caliper was cracked. After having been told that brakes were checked and fine, I communicated the issue, and was told to bring the car in, and they are now fixing it for us. I was already a general honda fanboy, but now even more so because I've found a pretty chill source of cars. Just like how a lot of mechanics can be sketchy but you can always find that diamond in the rough, I've found that in a dealership now. Randy Keuhl honda is mega cool and you should definitely buy cars here, and ask for Chris too, he's the cherry on top. Jason was a cool finance guy too. More

BEYOND AMAZING So I have been searching for a 3rd row seating vehicle for awhile now that didn't have high miles. Well I found a car I liked(not 3 rows like I wanted) But Chris called me when they got one in and let me know asap! Not only was he super helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to get me a car I WANTED and didn't have to settle. He went over EVERYTHING about the car. What buttons do what and everything! During the test drive he was super friendly and informative. He told me little tid bits about the vehicle and all the things you NEED to know when getting a car. Didn't make me feel pressured into buying at all. Which for a car sales people is unheard of! Chris is by far the most amazing sales person I have ever interacted with! Ended up getting a beautiful 3row Buick and am in love. Also plus he knows how to keep kids calm when you are looking over the vehicle. Him and the whole dealership is amazing. I don't plan on going anywhere else for a car now after my interactions with them! 5/5stars guys! More

On a Friday afternoon I must have hit something on the freeway and damaged a piece on the undercarriage of my car. I was absolutely panicked. Being from out of state, I did not know where to go and who would possibly fit me in on a Saturday with an unknown car diagnosis. I always go to the same place in my home town but being in a different state, I wanted to go somewhere where they would know what to do. Ray and Chris in the service and parts department went above and beyond for me. They saw my car same day, helped me to understand what happened (in normal person language), they were able to remove the part and give me the exact piece number to order from my local dealership. They did all of this for me knowing that I would not be using them for my repair. My car was ready so fast and they were so kind through the entire process. If I lived in Cedar Rapids, I would never take my car anywhere else. Again, Chris and Ray, thank you so much for going above and beyond and helping me in a very stressful situation. More
