I also am aware of some fixes I’ll need in the next 6 months to a year, so I will be back for repairs and a new car sale. They rock! More

Once I was ready to serious look, I had no problem setting up an appointment and when I arrived the vehicle was already pulled up ready to test drive. Although Chris had a meeting with some other folks at the same time, John Pearson took good care of us on the test drive. When I came back a few days later, Chris, along with Dan and Jason worked to get everything signed and the financials worked out quickly. He was also very good about listening to what our needs were as a family and fitting us in the right vehicle. He was able to show us everything about the CRV from top to bottom and show us how all of the features work. He even made it a point to get a CRV in the color and trim we wanted prior to us going in and purchasing. The negotiation process was straight forward with no BS. They want to sell vehicles and they will work hard to earn your business. They even managed to beat my banks financing rate. There were no fees or other things hidden in the financing process to make me leery as I've had at other dealerships in the area.
