Disappointing I dropped my car off around 8:20 on a Monday morning for a recall issue. I also let them know that the gearshift button was hard to push in and I wou I dropped my car off around 8:20 on a Monday morning for a recall issue. The service guy was very nice and pointed me to the waiting room for the shuttle. I waited almost an hour for the shuttle!! I thought that this was ridiculous and rude to the people who were on there way to work. They called me after a few hours and said my car was ready. I went to pick it up, signed the paperwork, and noted that nothing was said about the gearshift knob so I asked the service guy. He said that they are known for doing that and to pretty much wait until it breaks!! I was shocked at his answer. In all honesty I don't even think they looked at it. They said my car was out the door to the left so I headed out -- could not find my car and trampled around the snow in there poorly plowed lot and finally found my car (it was to the right!!) They had parked it in a pile of snow that I trampled through to get to my car. I had on work clothes including heels and had to walk through five inches of unplowed snow. This is the first time I have brought my car to Randy Kuehl Honda and it will be the last. The service dept did not do anything to accommodate the customer at all. I understand we have had a ton of snow, but they could've brought my car up to the door for me. More
