I was surprised at how reasonable the price was for an oil change with synthetic oil -- from a dealership! They had my car done within the time they specified. Everyone was friendly and professional. Used CRV I expressed my concerns to Tim Carson about the new 1.5L engine in new CRV's so he looked at his used selection & found a very nice a 2016 CRV, low mi I expressed my concerns to Tim Carson about the new 1.5L engine in new CRV's so he looked at his used selection & found a very nice a 2016 CRV, low miles that still looked like a new one. It ended up being an easy completion of the sale. Tim showed the options of buying additional coverage that were available, presented them well showing good knowledge but he did not pressure me when I said no to some of them. I returned to find Tim for this CRV purchase because he had been instrumental in working with me in finding a suitable Odyssey for another person who was not a "car guy" & help in finding one to meet their needs. Tim was very helpful then also. More

Incompetent I had made an appointment for 9:00am and made sure he understood I would wait on it due to it is our only vehicle. When I arrived here the service man I had made an appointment for 9:00am and made sure he understood I would wait on it due to it is our only vehicle. When I arrived here the service man said it might take an hour. Oil change, free battery check, differential oil change, rotation of tires and asked to check the spare for air if needed. At 11:10 am I went out to service to pickup my keys and no one could find them. After 5min. My car came driving through the garage to just getting started on it. I waited another hour or longer and the service guy said its ready to pay the bill and leave. I asked to speak to the service manager and the asst. showed up and asked him for some compensation for the two hour wait. He said no and I said what good is an appointment then and his answer was not much. Payed my bill and went to leave and noticed the service letters and numbers where still showing. Came back in to get it fixed and that took a few more minutes. Got home and I checked it one more time and now it reads a letter B. How does that happen??? More

Helpful with my old van I have a 13 year old Honda Odyssey with 213K miles on it.
