Mr. Carson was very knowledgeable concerning the stock under his hand and able to answer any number of inquiries put to him, in addition to taking time to explain the buying process to one naive in such matters. That they work with local credit unions also made the preparation of financial paperwork a quick and tidy affair. Additionally, the dealership did not make of itself a nuisance by repeated and unwanted contact, which aggressive tactics were employed by other dealerships which shall remain nameless.
