Make sure you Look Around My wife & I checked 4 different Honda Dealers as we had decided to purchase a Hybrid Insight. We thought a Very Large Dealership Group in Iowa City wo My wife & I checked 4 different Honda Dealers as we had decided to purchase a Hybrid Insight. We thought a Very Large Dealership Group in Iowa City would be the best to obtain one of these relatively scarce ,highly desirable units. We located the Insight Hybrid we wanted and began the negotiation dance. We explained we had already obtain a very strong quote from Randy Kuehl here in Cedar Rapids. This Iowa City dealership let us walk off their showroom for 700 dollars they would not come off a price we had already obtained just because they had an EX and thought we would pay a greater price just because they had the unit on their lot. For a 6 Day wait we got the Insight EX w/ Ivory Interior and all the bonus items from Randy Kuehl Honda for a fair price. Was it worth it? Yah, unless you like getting jerked around for an extra $ 700.00 to boot. We will be with Randy Kuehl from this date on. More
