I came back a few days later to test drive them, and when Ron was unavailable, Jeff Moss took me on the test drives and ultimately helped me with the purchase of my new Civic. Having owned two Hondas over the past 30 years, I expect to drive this one for decades, so I'm not likely to be a sales customer again any time soon, but I am happy to recommend the dealership and Honda cars in general. The best expierence I ever had buying a car. I asked ten different dealerships for an internet quote and Randy Kuehl Honda is the only one that provided me with a quote. I then took that quote to I asked ten different dealerships for an internet quote and Randy Kuehl Honda is the only one that provided me with a quote. I then took that quote to another dealership and they couldn't match it and were more interested in selling me a service package. I then made an appointment to see the CR-V I was interested in and Chanin Dirks had the vehicle pulled out front waiting for me. Chanin then honored the internet quote and at no time pressured me to buy add-ons. After we bought the CR-V Chanin didn't ignore us, he continued to give us Grade A service. He took us out to the CR-V and showed us all the options and setup our Bluetooth. I have never recommended a dealership or salesperson before but I was so impressed I had to take the time to write this review. The next time I'm ready for a new vehicle, I will be calling Chanin Dirks. More

Supportive Enjoyable Experience! I had been shopping around, hoping to get into an SUV as my priority was to have AWD for next winter. I wasn't finding a connection to a car or a salesman...It was a totally different experience at Randy Kuehl! I felt welcome immediately. When I stopped in to see Chanin Dirks...he was with a customer, so Bryce from Finance stepped up to see if there was anything he could do...I wanted to drive a CR-V...so, Bryce went with me. It was the end of the day, so I made an appointment to come back. Before my appointment, I contacted Chanin to say that maybe I needed to just stick with a car.I wanted the CR-V, but didn't want to stretch finances. When I got to the dealership, Chanin had various "options" lined up for me to drive. I appreciated that.The last thing I drove was the HR-V, which I had kinda snubbed bc I didn't know any better! Drove the base model...it was nice but didn't have the features I was used to having. I drove the ES... That was it! 🤗 Unbeknownst to Chanin, it was even my favorite color! We still had to work on financing...Chanin and Jason worked with me and we came up with a plan that worked for me. I LOVE my HR-V! Chanin was great to work with! He believes in HONDA and he genuinely was concerned that I was able to have what I ultimately was looking for in my next car! I appreciated that! I am a happy, confident customer!! Thanks guys!
