Lost my keys - EEK! I had lost the only key that I had for my vehicle. Calling a local locksmiths was $100 - $200 more expensive than going to the dealership. Of cour I had lost the only key that I had for my vehicle. Calling a local locksmiths was $100 - $200 more expensive than going to the dealership. Of course, my car was 30 miles away from the dealership and the steering wheel was locked. I had called, confirmed that I could have the keys cut by VIN, then had the car brought in myself. Once the car was there, my keys were then programmed to the car (chip) and completed within 30 minutes. I spoke with Joel and John in Parts & Service. They were both great to work with. Knowledgeable and willing to take the time to work with me on this crazy situation!! More
