I had a problem with my alarm going off without reason. We were in Colorado at the time. John Geiger took care of me when I brought the car in, and his service technician (name ?) determined the issue, and it was resolved VERY reasonably!! I have worked with David and John many times over the years, and they are the BEST!! I haven't dealt with Gunnar much since he is new, but he is very good too! I NEVER dread taking our cars to the service department at Randy Kuehl because of David, John, and Gunnar!! More

Not my best car buying experience. I was told by two different salemen that they would call me and keep me informed concerning a vehicle that was listed on the website and neither did I was told by two different salemen that they would call me and keep me informed concerning a vehicle that was listed on the website and neither did. I found the vehicle on the lot 2 weeks later, after their promise to contact me. When I had questions about service work that had been done, our salesman didn't answer them or even seek out answers, instead he just referred me to the service department. Honestly I felt like I was doing all the work. It was almost like I had to beg them to sell me the car. They were all very personable and friendly, just not overly helpful in finding information or answering questions.
