No customer service I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, I thought any dealer would be happy to help me purchase my first brand new car. Breck would not return calls I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, I thought any dealer would be happy to help me purchase my first brand new car. Breck would not return calls or get my financial institution the figures they needed to do my loan. I had to call his manager before he helped me. And then when my license plates and tag arrived, he never contacted me to let me know. I again had to initiate the contact just so I wouldn't get sited for not having a current registration. He made this the worst experience of my life. Love my Honda but I will Neve give my business to This dealership again. More
