Software Update. Wasn't aware there was an issue related to this software update. Called for an appointment & got in very soon for the service. The initial service representative, David McCuskey, was very abrupt & not friendly. Mason Teel was VERY helpful & informative. A very pleasant young man. Update was done very quickly. I do have issues with vibration when braked for a stop. Honda is aware of it but still doesn't have a fix. I have owned 2 Honda Accords & a Civic, which I loved & had no issues with. I'm a little disappointed with the CRV. I had to buy the Touring in order to get all the options that I wanted & still have issues. I needed to go with the bigger/higher vehicle because of knee issues otherwise I probably would still be driving a car. More
