No clue what customer satisfaction means! I brought my van in for an oil change an two Honda recall notices that needed completed. After two days I finally got my van back and within 30 minut I brought my van in for an oil change an two Honda recall notices that needed completed. After two days I finally got my van back and within 30 minutes of driving it I had VSA lights on my dash going off (VSA software update was 1 recall notice). I called the service department and told them what was happening. They said to bring the van back in to be inspected, but didn't have an opening for almost a week. I dropped the van off for the check and after another full day without the van they charged me 130 dollars for diagnosis. It just happened to be a "coincidence" that a warning light came on 30 minutes after I got my car back, BS!!!!! I will never go back and they gave no idea about what making a customer satisfied means!! They are simply looking for ways to nickel and dime customers to death! Horrible business!!!!! If I could give a zero star rating I would! More

The sales manager was extremely rude and we felt like we were not dealing with honest people. The experience at Billion made me nervous to continue on the car-buying journey, but fortunately, we went to Randy Keuhl Honda and sat down with Trent. I was very torn between purchasing and leasing the CR-V based on the cost of monthly payments, and spent quite a bit of time sitting and talking with him about my options. He never made me feel rushed or pressured and was very honest with me, and this helped me make my decision to lease my vehicle. Trent was extremely helpful and so great to work with. This is the first dealership I bought a car from when moving to CR 20 years ago, and the service has always been the same - awesome! Trent was a great salesperson as well. He was not pushy, answered my questions and didn't overwhelm me with too much information but asked how much I wanted to hear. He worked with me on price, made it happen quickly and was very nice to my 13 year old son who helped me pick out the new car. I I even called with a question after purchasing the car, and he responded immediately to help me. Mike in Finance was also very friendly, helpful and not pushy. How he can fill out all the paperwork correctly while carrying on a conversation with me is amazing. Everyone in the showroom was friendly and helpful as well. Overall, a great experience.
