I was looking to trade my 2014 Honda Civic EX for a more practical Honda HRV. Chanin worked really hard and was able to locate the exact car I wanted with all the features that I wanted. We drove the Civic and an Accord and frankly could not tell the difference in the ride. The Civic has terrific gas mileage even considering that we bought the turbo 1.5 L. Randy Kuehl Honda was relaxed, low pressure, responsive. They gave me a very reasonable price offer and did not haggle after that, which I appreciated. The actual transaction was painless. I would go back. More

Accommodated me with information (without any annoying sales pressure) every time I called or just showed up, which was a lot during my shopping around. When he couldn't answer very specific usage questions about the new infotainment system on one visit, without prompting or request he did his homework and the next time I showed up walked me smoothly through it. They also tracked down a manual transmission Ex Accord for me and trucked it in from no-where-near-Iowa 2-3 weeks sooner than expected. Mike had everything in order and made the paperwork almost too easy at the end, but didn't rush anything. Both were great with my 4 year old too. Very good service overall. The only hiccup was that accessories weren't able to be installed prior to delivery, but half because of service scheduling and half because of my own schedule. No big deal, it'll get done. More
