When I called, the gentleman on the phone answered all my questions without hesitation and even got me scheduled for the very next morning! They were very busy when I checked in, but didn't rush me at all. They gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was all done. The best part is they charged me less than any other Honda dealer quoted me for the same work! Will definitely be going to Randy Kuehl from now on! More

2016 Pilot I looked all over Iowa, IL, IN,MN,OH and MO for the best deal(because why not?) I could get on a new Pilot along with my trade in price for my Honda O I looked all over Iowa, IL, IN,MN,OH and MO for the best deal(because why not?) I could get on a new Pilot along with my trade in price for my Honda Odyssey Van. I felt that my interaction with Breck was pretty nice and to the point since I was doing all of my shopping over the internet. I know that the new Pilots are a hot ticket right now since they have the new body style. I saw a lot of dealers are using them to make some extra dough by taking advantage of their customers, and the shorter supply of the Pilots to not budge off price (some asking more than MSRP). Breck was very nice by taking the time and discussing what I was seeing out there and then coming up with a deal that we could work with. I got to say, it was easy. I got a Pilot that was supposed to arrive in January, but got it Dec 23rd. Pretty cool early Christmas present for our family. Brian helped make the finance stuff real quick when I was getting all that stuff taken care of. I would recommend Randy Kuehl Honda due to the helpful staff and also great price. More

I was helped by Trent, who was the friendliest and most honest car dealer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Because of some back and fourth with the banks for my loan application, I was at the dealership for a majority of the day, but Trent and Breck ended up getting me a great deal on the vehicle that I wanted, and they even found a way to get me a little bit of a warranty (on a 2003!!) Plus a few other nice little add-ons. I will probably never purchase a car from any other dealer. Thanks Guys! More
