Missed Opportunity I was interested in a used CRV. I inquired through the chat drop down about the price of a CRV with a line through the price displayed. After waiting I was interested in a used CRV. I inquired through the chat drop down about the price of a CRV with a line through the price displayed. After waiting a couple hours for a response I called in to Mark. He stated he didn't know why they do that but he would check on it. He called back later and stated the price was $300 lower. I stated I was interested in a test drive and due to snow that day I would try the following day. I asked Mark to text me his contact info to set something up for the test drive and he did. The following day I text Mark in the morning to set up the time. After a few hours I was ready to just drop in since Mark didn't call back. As I was getting ready to go in he called and said yes come in. My wife and I went to the dealer and most everyone was in the lot moving around cars. After a bit someone greeted us and we asked for Mark. He came in from the lot and we introduced ourselves and stated we were there to test drive the car. He then said he now had to go find the car so we waited more. He returned to tell us that he found out that the car was not there and had left with someone who dropped their car off for service as a loaner. He said it could be 2-3 hours and he would call us when the car returned to the dealer. I was disappointed with how hard it became to see and test drive the car after 2 days of interest. As a ten year owner of a CRV I was very interested in replacing it with another and I told that to Mark and that I was buying a car in the next 2 days. So with no CRV and time to kill we decide to check out a Rav 4 as my wife has a Corolla. Needless to say we went to the Toyota dealer and were able to drive a similar priced one to the CRV and ended up purchasing it. Your website was good and I was able to decide on the car I wanted to buy but wanted to look it over and test drive it. I feel Mark should have been better prepared. To not have the car pinned down or at least have checked on it prior to our coming in after 2 days of discussion was disappointing. More

The only thing that I would say would be a nice courtesy for the dealership to do is hand off the car with a fresh wash and a full tank of gas. The car was almost on empty when we left the dealership and I gave my trade in to them with a full tank. Not a huge deal, still very happy with my experience and will be going back when my husband and I ready for a new vehicle! More
